We are not attorneys, and we do not provide:

All of our services are educational, administrative, or consulting in nature.
You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult licensed attorneys, accountants, or other credentialed professionals whenever appropriate.

Our Divisions & Scope of Services

Below is a full explanation of what each division does — and what we are legally restricted from doing.

• Immigration Assistance Services of Southeast Georgia

Licensed by the Georgia Secretary of State to provide immigration assistance.
We prepare forms, organize documents, explain procedures, and offer administrative support.

We do not provide legal advice, legal strategy, or legal representation in any immigration matter.

• Immigration Education Center

Offers study materials, resources, and educational guides to help clients understand immigration topics.
All content is educational only and does not guarantee outcomes or replace legal guidance.

• The Resolution Office

Provides voluntary mediation, arbitration, conflict coaching, and communication support.
We are not attorneys or licensed counselors.

Mediation agreements are only binding to the extent the parties agree in writing.
Arbitration findings are private, voluntary, and not equivalent to court-issued orders.

• Marriage & Separation Solutions

Provides coaching, mediation, communication planning, and emotional support for couples.
We do not:

• Give legal advice
• Draft legally enforceable divorce or separation documents
• Act as licensed therapists

All support is non-legal and non-clinical.

• The People’s Government Relations Office

Helps clients understand government processes, obtain public records, communicate with officials, and navigate civic issues. Offers Municipal, County, and State level Lobbying.

We do not provide:
• Legal advocacy
• Legal representation
• Attorney services

Municipal and county-level advocacy is administrative and civic in nature.

• Fiscal Ease Services

Provides assistance with basic tax preparation, FAFSA submissions, and credit dispute filings.

We do not:
• Offer tax planning
• Serve as accountants or CPAs
• Represent clients before the IRS or Georgia Department of Revenue
• Provide financial advising

All services are strictly administrative.

• Notary Public Services

Our notaries are commissioned by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority.
We verify identities, witness signatures, and administer oaths.

We cannot:
• Explain the contents of a document
• Provide legal advice about a document
• Draft legal documents

• Swampline

Swampline provides civic updates, public policy highlights, and community information for Southeast Georgia.

Swampline does not offer:
• Legal interpretations
• Professional journalism or investigative reporting
• Attorney commentary

All content is informational only.

Data Privacy

• We collect only the information required to provide our services.
• Personal information is never sold, rented, or traded.
• Data is shared only when legally required, or when the client provides explicit consent.
• We use secure systems to protect personal information.

Client Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Using our services does not create a lawyer-client relationship, advisor-client relationship, or therapist-client relationship.
