Our Divisions & Scope

• Immigration Assistance Services of Southeast Georgia
  Licensed by the Georgia Secretary of State to provide immigration assistance. We prepare forms, explain processes, and help organize documents. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or strategy, and we are not attorneys.

• Immigration Education Center
  Provides study resources, guides, and educational materials. Information is for learning purposes only and is not legal instruction or guaranteed results.

• The Resolution Office (Mediation & Arbitration)
  Offers mediation, arbitration, conflict coaching, and related services. We are not attorneys or therapists. Our mediations and arbitrations are voluntary and enforceable only to the extent agreed upon by the parties in writing.

• Marriage & Separation Solutions
  Provides coaching, mediation, and planning tools for couples. We do not give legal advice, draft enforceable legal documents, or act as licensed counselors.

• The People’s Government Relations Office
  Focuses on civic advocacy, public records support, and navigating government processes. We do not provide legal services, lobbying at the state level, or representation as attorneys.

• Fiscal Ease Services
  Provides document assistance for basic tax preparation, FAFSA, and credit dispute filings. We do not offer tax planning, legal representation before the IRS or Georgia Department of Revenue, or professional accounting services.

• Notary Public Services
  Our notaries are commissioned by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority. We verify signatures and administer oaths but cannot explain legal documents or provide legal advice.

Data Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. Personal data is never sold. Information may be shared only when legally required or with client consent.

Client Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge that G. L. Grobsmith LLC is not acting as your attorney, accountant, or licensed financial advisor. You remain responsible for final decisions and outcomes.
